When replicating cash flow data, some expected cash flow records are missing from report.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Use the integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and S/4HANA On-Premise through the scope item 34P.
2. Transmit flows with different certainty levels, focusing on those with certainty level "Actual".
3. Observe that the opening and closing cumulative balances for specific G/L accounts are not transmitted to the FQM_FLOW table in the on-premise system.

The issue is caused by using the "Item Flows Update in Delta Mode" for the standard recurring data replication job (e.g., scheduled hourly).

• "Item Flows Update in Delta Mode" is specifically designed to capture only the cash flow records that have been modified within the last defined period (e.g., the last hour).

• Cash flow items that represent historical balances (like opening/closing cumulative balances) or older flows that have not been changed since the last successful run are intentionally ignored by the Delta Mode logic.

To ensure all necessary data, including unchanged cumulative balances, is pulled and transferred, the process must be run using the Manual Mode whenever a complete data snapshot is required.

Steps to perform the manual full data transfer:

1. Access to Schedule Jobs for Replication of Cash Flow Items.

2. Select the Manual Mode option instead of the Delta Mode.

3. Execute the job to ensure the full set of cash flow data is transferred.

Note: The Delta Mode is appropriate for day-to-day, change-only updates, but the Manual Mode should be used periodically or when confirming data consistency to ensure a complete dataset.
