3692835 - Target quantity in quantity contract not consumed when referenced by consignment fill-up order (CCFU)

Symptom

When creating a consignment fill-up (sales document type: CCFU) with reference to a quantity contract (sales document type: CQ), the target quantity of the item of the contract is not consumed. The order quantity is still 0 and referenced status is still not referenced. However, the quantity can be consumed when the contract is referenced by a consignment issue (sales document type: CCIS) or standard order (sales document type: OR).
