Symptom

An application error occurs when attempting to move a candidate out of the interview status. This issue is observed in both the Legacy Application Workbench and the Latest Application Workbench.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to application workbench
  2. Select application and move the candidate from interview status to other status
  3. An application error or a blank white screen page appears
