3692899 - When Create New Production Order, Requested End and Requested Time Are Changed Automatically.

Create a new production order through common task New Production Order, when Click Save or Release, Requested End and Requested Time are changed automatically.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to work center Production Control.
2. Access common task New Production Order.
3. Maintain all mandatory fields like Product, Site, Quantity, Requested End and Requested Time.
4. Click Save or Release, value of Requested End and Requested Time are changed automatically.

The maintained Requested End and Requested Time are out of the operation hours of the production site.

For example, the operation hours of the production site is from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. If maintained Requested Time and Requested End are 07:00, Sunday, then since this is not working hour for this site, system will automatically change it to 17:00, Friday on the same week, which is the end of the operation hours that week.

This is system standard behavior.

To avoid this, when create new production order, ensure Requested End and Requested Time are within operation hours of the production site.
