3693099 - Performance Form shows wrong job title for rehired employees

Symptom

For Rehired Employees in Latest Performance Form Header the past and inactive job title appears.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  • Rehire an employee for new position
  • Launch a new performance form for this new rehired employee
  • Open the form as the manager and see that in the header the position title is not from an active employment, but from the past one
  • Route the form to another person who can't see past employment and the correct title appears

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

The issue is only happens when the form processor is able to see employee's past employments, therefore temporarily withdraw the view permissions for past employment.
