Symptom
- The system automatically associates a related user with the administrator whenever a new administrator is created for the learning management system.
- Likewise, the password field gets auto-populated with a value as shown in the screenshot below.

Reproducing the Issue
- After logging into SuccessFactors, navigate to System Administration>>Security>>Administrators in the Learning Administration.
- Create a new administrator ID.
- Observe that the system automatically associates the "Related User" field with some user for the newly created administrator ID.
- Likewise the password field is also auto-populated with some value as shown in the symptom.
Cause
The issue is caused by autofill form data populated at the browser level, which is not controlled by the SAP SuccessFactors application.
Resolution
- Open the browser where the issue is occurring.
- Press the keyboard shortcut `Ctrl + Shift + Delete`, this opens the browser's "Clear browsing data" menu.
- Locate the "Auto-fill form data" option under 'Advanced' tab as shown below.
- Select it & clear the auto-fill form data.
- If using a browser other than Chrome, contact the local IT team for assistance with clearing browser cache and cookies.
