3693164 - Screen reader accessibility issue with close button in Work Zone PDF modal

Symptom

When accessing Work Zone and using a screen reader as accessibility program, the 'Close' button is not readable for PDF modal.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

Resolution

The close button in the PDF modal will no longer receive focus -- due to technical restrictions. Instead, when the modal is opened, a screen reader info will be provided to inform users they can close the modal using the 'Escape' (Esc) key. This is the info to be disclosed: 'Use the Escape key on your keyboard to close this modal.' 

The fix solution has been planned by our engineering team, and it is scheduled for January 22 for both Preview and Production environments.
