3693255 - Microsoft Teams Online Meeting button color not visible in Recruiting Interview Scheduling

Symptom

In Recruiting Interview Scheduling, the Microsoft Teams Online Meeting option appears to be enabled, but the button is not visible or is difficult to identify.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SAP SuccessFactors.

  2. Navigate to Recruiting.

  3. Go to Interview Scheduling.

  4. Open any interview with status Not Started.

  5. Click on a candidate name.

  6. Start the interview scheduling process.

    • Observe that the Microsoft Teams Online Meeting option is enabled but its color is not clearly visible on the page.

Cause

This occurs because the enabled button color is the same (or very similar) as the page background color so the Microsoft Teams button blends into the UI and appears invisible, even though it is correctly enabled.

Resolution

To improve the visibility of the button, adjust the hover background color for primary buttons in the theme configuration:

  1. Navigate to Admin Center.

  2. Go to Theme Manager.

  3. Select the active theme and click Fine Tune.

  4. Open Primary Buttons.

  5. Update the Background color – hover value to a contrasting color.
