3693303 - SaaS and VSaaS - Domain search breaks with Hebrew words.

Any search based off Security Domain does not return results when the Domain text is in Hebrew.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a new Security Domain using Hebrew words. Place it in the ID and Description.
2. Once created, it will be noticed that the Security Domain page does not load correctly, missing details and not allowing its edition.
3. Another issue is to use these domains to search users, items, curriculas, etc. No results are found when these Domains.
   1. Set this domain to an existing item
   2. Save it.
   3. Now, at the item search page, click on the filter icon for Security Domain
   4. Enter the Hebrew Word either in the ID or Description.
   5. Hit Search
   6. Search results page will break.

Engineering found the root cause and the fix is currently under development. We may update this KBA soon with more details.
