Symptom

  • Error message: "curl: (22) Refused WebSockets upgrade: 500"
  • On-prem extractor fails to establish a connection to the server.
  • Can't establish websocket connection to server
  • Connection to the on-prem extractor is unstable, with intermittent disconnections.
  • Logs indicate TLS handshake and HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error.
