Symptom

  • - After migrating the field from publicKey to sapPublicKey in the SAP Commerce Cloud Environment, B2Bunit records are failing during SAP ERP integration.  
    - Errors observed include:  
      - "Multiple items found when unique item of type 'Address' in integration object 'InboundB2BUnit' is searched by its key 'false|0000022303_1001_10_2*****"  
      - "Multiple items found when unique item of type 'Address' in integration object 'InboundB2BUnit' is searched by its key 'false|0000022303****" 
  • Duplicate address records identified in the SAP Commerce Cloud database.
