Symptom

  • You are configuring multiple communication channels in SAP Service Cloud Version 2, each associated with different business objects (e.g., Tickets, Leads, Opportunities).
  • However, the system requires a unique sender email address for each channel.
  • At present, your organization only has access to a single domain for outbound emails (e.g., support@company.com).
  • As a result, attempting to reuse the same email address across different channels causes configuration errors and blocks the setup.
