Symptom

  • Memo records are not created for intraday bank statements in app Cash Flow Analyzer.
  • The memo record data is not visible in the Cash Flow Analyzer after importing intraday bank statements via MBC.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Import an intraday bank statement file (CAMT.052/MT942) via MBC.
  2. Verify the Cash Flow Analyzer for memo record data.
  3. Observe that memo records are not created or visible.

Cause

The required configuration for Memo Record Derivation is not fully maintained in the system.

Resolution

    In SSCUI 105440 - Define Memo Record Settings, check the configuration step Memo Record Type Derivation for Bank Statements:

    • Ensure the setting to Activate New Integration Strategy for Memo records and Bank statement is enabled.
    • Maintain memo record type for intraday bank statements.
