3693385 - Unable to add new ACS endpoint in IAS — "ACS endpoint index should be unique"

Symptom

  • There is only index 0 (default) shown for ACS endpoints.
  • When attempting to add a new ACS endpoint, the user receives the error: "ACS endpoint index should be unique".
