3693402 - Error "Entity FREL is not available" in API "SchedgAgrmtDlivSchedule_In"

Symptom

There is following error when trying to test/execute the API ”SchedgAgrmtDlivSchedule_In":

"

Entity FREL is not available

Message No. GOAL051

"

Then when trying to access the "Forecast delivery schedule" tab of that scheduling agreement via transaction VA32, there will be message V4329 "Releases can only be created/changed in APO"
