Symptom

Unable to change sales order in Manage Sales Orders app - F1873 due to the error "The sales document was updated by . Your action could not be executed.". However no user is blocking this sales order and the order could be changed via other apps such as Manage sales orders version 2 app - F3893 or tcode VA02.
