3693425 - 0FI_GL_14: Runtime error INVALID_SELECTION_CRITERIA occurs during delta DTP

Symptom

  • For 0FI_GL_14, its DTP has filter like NOT or <>, for example: BLART <> 'OR'
  • DTP Delta extraction of 0FI_GL_14 fails with error:  Internal session terminated with a runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22)
  • In the source system , a dump with the error message "RAISE_EXCEPTION" was raised:

    • Category               ABAP programming error
      Runtime Errors         RAISE_EXCEPTION
      ABAP Program           SAPLRSC1
      Application Component  BC-BW

      Exception condition "INVALID_SELECTION_CRITERIA" triggered
