3693436 - Only Administrators Can Start Approval Workflows in SAP Signavio.

• When attempting to start an Approval Workflow, the error message "Could not start Workflow" appears.

1. Select the model.  
2. Start the Approval Workflow for the model.  
3. Observe the error message that appears.  

• This issue occurs when the Use workflow access permissions option is enabled in the Manage workflows menu.  
• When this option is enabled, users with incorrect access permissions encounter the "Could not start Workflow" error.
