3693465 - Employee full name not displaying correctly in Dependents History banner-2H 2025

Symptom

The history banner in the Dependents card under Personal Data is not displaying correctly; it shows a colon (:) instead of the employee’s name.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central -People profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to any employee profile.
  2. Navigate to dependents card on personal data category, click on View all.
  3. Click History and verify that the employee name is missing from the header and is replaced by two dots.
