3693523 - App Operational Supplier Evaluation F1662A displays the data out of date range - SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

When open the app Operational Supplier Evaluation F1662A with selected date range, some PO which has the PO date out of the date range are also displayed.
For example, current is year 2025, when select PREVIOUSYEARTODATE, POs from 2023 should not appear with this filter; only orders from 2024 and 2025 should be displayed. 
But in this scenario, PO from year 2023 is also displayed.
