3693601 - Incorrect Timezone in the download PDF document showing for Users.

Symptom

When Users go the Latest Workbench & download Documents for an application, the timezone shown is PST despite the Users timezone being different.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Latest Workbench,
  2. Click Download Documents on a Candidates application.
  3. In the downloaded PDF, notice how the timezone is in PST despite the User who performed the download having a different timezone maintained in the system.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

A Code Fix has been developed for this issue, and will be deployed in the H1 2026 Release. Dates are below;

Preview: 13th April 2026
