3693668 - 900-001-6 error accessing candidate summary page in job requisition - Recruiting Management

Users receive the error 900-001-6 when clicking on Candidates tab inside Job requisition  

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Log in to the system.
2. Open the job requisition.
3. Attempt to access the Candidate Summary Page.
4. Encounter the error message: "

   "Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again.

   If the problem persists, please contact client support and tell them the event code and server timestamp shown below."

"Enable Candidate Workbench" is disabled in provisioning

Enable checkbox "Enable Candidate Workbench" in provisioning >>Company settings.
