3693733 - Error when clicking 'show recommended mentors' button in Mentoring program

• Error occurs when clicking 'Show Recommended Mentors' button in the mentoring program.
• Error message: "Message error: errorId=XX, fingerprint=XX, timestamp=XX, errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID=XX, timestamp=XX, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring., server=XX, versionInfo=ReleaseXX.".
• Duplicate key error observed in logs: "Duplicate key [XX]/[{}] (attempted merging values [XX]/[XX]/[{}] and [XX]/[XX]/[{}])".

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log in to the system.
2. Navigate to Admin Center
3. Access Development Tab.
4. Select the Mentoring tab.
5. Select the Program.
6. Join the program by selecting "Sign Up as Mentee".
7. Click the Join button.
8. Populate options in the question.
9. Click "Show Recommended Mentors".

The issue is caused by invalid mapping due to duplicate keys in the Job Code/Job Classification data.

It's necessary to remove the mapping. To do this, follow the next steps:

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. Search for Role affected;
3. Remove the Job Code mapped;
4. Test clicking on 'Show recommended mentors' button in Mentoring.

If the error persists, please do the next:

1. Go to Manage Data;
2. Search for Job Code;
3. Select the inactive Job code;
4. Permanently Delete Entry;

Removing the mapping will not cause any loss of data - The Job Code/ Job Classification will still be available if correctly maintained.
