Symptom

  • Multi-level approval is set up for a flexible sales workflow. The first-level approver and second-level approver give contradicting rework require action.
  • Rework is requested by first-level approver, but no rework is requested by second-level approver. The workflow ends up back with the workflow initiator, instead of remaining in the approvers' inbox.
