• The dropdown field "For non-residents only-Country of Permanent Residence" is blank on the TD1 2025 Personal Tax Credits Return form.
• The blank dropdown field affects candidates attempting to fill the TD1 tax forms.

SAP Successfcators Onboarding

1. Navigate to compliance forms in the system.
2. Attempt to fill the TD1 2025 Personal Tax Credits Return form as a candidate.
3. Observe that the dropdown field "For non-residents only-Country of Permanent Residence" is blank.

• Go to network logs and refresh the page.

Please follow the below steps:

Grant the following two permissions for the role "OnboardingExternalUser":

a. Metadata Framework -> Access to Non-Secured Objects.

b. Manage Integration Tools -> Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication.
