Symptom

Upgrade process failing when updating to SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise 16.0 SP04 PL07 and getting the below error:
Error: Command execution failed.: Installation failed with rc=255. Please check /sybase/<SID>/sapdbctrl-config/sybInst.13609.out. (fault code: 127)
