Symptom
- During a Move-In process, the Business Partner (BP) standard address fails to update to the new premise address, even though "Mailing Address = Premise Address" is selected.
- The system retains the address of the previous premise instead of updating to the new one.
- This issue typically occurs when a customer is moving between two premises that have an overlapping active period (e.g., the customer is active in both Old Premise A and New Premise B simultaneously for a few days).
- Consequently, during the Move-Out processing for the old premise, selecting "Mailing Address = Customer Address" defaults to the outdated BP address (Old Premise A), resulting in incorrect billing or correspondence destinations.
