3693926 - Latest People Profile- RBP Data blocking not respected for job information

• Users without view history permission can see event-reason and effective start date.
• Behavior differs between the latest history UI and previous history UI.

Employee Central - Latest People Profile

1. Proxy to user who will view Job information 
2. Search for the target user
3. Click the Clock icon to view record history. Observe that all records are displayed, even if data blocking restricts 0 months.

• Known gap between legacy People Profile (PP3) and latest People Profile (PPX).
• In PPX, if data blocking is enabled in one role for a user and disabled in another role for the same user, data blocking is not applied to the user for any target population.

• The solution of this issue is currently under investigation by Engineering Team
• Code Correction ticket has been initialized ECT-263307.
