3693929 - Missing Profile Information When Downloading Documents Using Latest Applicant Workbench - Recruiting Management

When downloading PDF documents via 'Download Documents' in the Latest Applicant Workbench, the Profile Information section is missing for some candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click the action menu and select Download Documents.
2. Select 'Profile Information' to download.
3. Click Download.
4. Wait for the job to complete.
5. Download the file.
6. Notice that the Profile Information section is missing for some candidates.

The Profile Information section stores the Candidate Profile Snapshot.

If a user has not opened the application even once, the candidate will not be snapshotted. Additionally, if the applicant is moved to any other status without opening the application, the candidate will still not be snapshotted. In such cases, when the Download Documents action is performed, the Profile Information for these candidates will not be available in downloaded file.

Product Management is aware of this gap and plan to provide an enhancement so the snapshot will be created automatically during document generation.
