3693931 - Logic for no suitable budget maintained on a WBS element - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There is no suitable budget maintained on a WBS element, for example the bottom level WBS element of the project. Need to know which budget control object will be considered for this WBS element. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Attempt to post on a WBS with no budget.
2. Observe that the post is successfully done with/without triggering any error message. 
3. Need to know the logic of budget control object for this WBS. 

If there is no suitable budget maintained on a WBS element, then WBS of its father or father's father or ..., where suitable budget is defined, will be considered as budget control object for the WBS element. The defined budget of the budget control object will be considered during budget checking. 

Check upper level WBS element within the same project to verify defined budget.
