3693968 - Field missing in exported excel file from calibration list view

• In the Calibration List view, the added sysoverallcustom1 rating from the people profile is visible, but when exporting the Calibration List view to Excel, the sysoverallcustom1 field and its values do not appear in the downloaded Excel file.

• SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Access Calibration and open the Calibration Session with the field configured.
2. Access the List view and observe the field
3. Export the List view to Excel and note that the field and its values are missing in the downloaded file.

• The field was selected from Data but was not added to Bin view or calibration view as a calibration element. It was specified as an extra column in the bin view.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).

Workaround:

Add one additional bin view to include the field as a calibration element.
