3694035 - Employees unable to restrict visibility of purchase requisitions of other employees in "confirm receipt of goods - new" app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Employees can see and confirm Purchase Requisitions (PRs) created by other employees in the “Confirm Receipt of Goods – New” app.
• Insight cards on My Homepage also show options to upload invoices and confirm PRs that belong to other employees.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Log into the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
2. Navigate to "My Homepage" and locate the insights area.
3. Observe that the option to upload supplier invoices and confirm requisitions of other employees is visible.
4. Enter requisitions and note that there is an option to edit them as well.

1. Delete the insight card from the "Confirm Receipt of Goods - New" app.
2. Re-add the insight card by selecting "Add Card to Insights" from the table overflow icon (three dots) on the list report page.

4. Administrators can preconfigure the entry page globally for all users.
