3694050 - App Monitor Purchase Order Items – purchasing category filter issue

• The filter function in the App Monitor Purchase Order Items does not filter purchase order line items by suppliers linked to the purchasing category in the configuration.
• The filter only works based on the material group associated with the purchasing category.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Launch the App Monitor Purchase Order Items (F2358).
2. Set the filter on Purchasing Category = '1'.
3. Observe that the data is filtered only based on the material group associated with the purchasing category and not by suppliers linked to the purchasing category.

• In the Monitor Purchase Order Items (F2358) app, the Purchasing Category filter works only based on the Material Group assigned to the purchasing category.
• The filter does not consider or filter by suppliers linked to the purchasing category in the configuration.
• This is the standard system behavior in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
