3694208 - Alternative modes from work center classification are missing in PDS after CIF transfer

• When using work center classification alternative modes in Production Data Structure (PDS) are not created depending on the usage key, that is assigned to affected work center in ECC or S/4 Hana.
• The affected work center uses a usage key, that has set indicator 'Usage only until release in order' (RELKZ) in customizing t-code OP45.
