3694236 - Report RP_HRSFEC_JOB_POS_REPL_V2 is not working after new release

Symptom

After installing a new service package, replication of organizational data from Employee Central to the Employee Central Payroll system using the report RP_HRSFEC_JOB_POS_REPL_V2 fails. Prior to the service package installation, the replication process was functioning correctly, but no data is being replicated.

Or it gets the following error message:
