3694291 - Final Review step skipped for internal hires - Onboarding

Symptom

During the Data Collection step the Final Review step is skipped when hire type is concurrent employment, global assignment or internal hires.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Imitate Onboarding for concurrent employment 
  2. Complete the Data Collection Steps
  3. Final Review step is skipped 

Cause

This has been confirmed by Engineering to be expected behaviour.

Resolution

  • The purpose of the final review is to allow HR admins to review the data before the Onboardee is Hired and converted in the system.
  • For Concurrent and Global Assignment the review can be carried out in Employee Profile while creating the concurrent employment.
