3694305 - Latest People Profile shows a 400 error in the Personal Data section when proxying as a user.

When proxying as a user, navigating to the Personal Data section in the Latest People Profile results in a 400 (Bad Request) error.

Error Code: 400”

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - People Profile 

1. Login SFsystem and Proxy as user: -'XYZ’.
2. Go to user profile: - ’ABC’.
3. Check personal data > Personal Information & Biographical Information.
4. Getting below error.

The issue was caused by the user's role lacking the necessary permissions to view the target profile correctly, which is an incorrect setup by the administrator.

Navigate to Manage permission role -> Select the respective role -> Manage Hires -> Include Inactive Employees in the search -> Save.
