3694344 - Class registration Email notification was sent with wrong location

Class registration Email notification's VCAL was sent with a different facility than the one configured at the class level

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. Create a class >
2. Add a Primary Location and Facility >
3. On Agenda tab of the Class Create the timeslots and add the location to them >
4. When the notifications were received, the VCAL showed a different facility

At the location level, admins can configure a Default Facility for a specific location. And as the location configured in the agenda tab overrides the configurations of the class, if the facility configured at the class level is different than the default facility for that location, when the location is added at the time slot in the Agenda tab, it will pull the default facility and show a different value.

If you would like for their invite to display the facility configured at the class level, remove the Location from the time slots in the agenda tab, that way, the system will pull the facility directly from the class configuration.
