Symptom

  • User received an SAP Fieldglass email notification indicating that the account will be turned off due to inactivity in the last 6 months
  • I received an email notification regarding account inactivity
  • I received an email regarding the subject:

"Dear XX
SAP Fieldglass email notifications will be turned off for your account with the username [xx] due to inactivity in the last 6 months.
Please sign in within the next 7 days if you would like to continue to receive notifications from SAP Fieldglass. If this account is no longer used, no action is required.
Once signed in, SAP Fieldglass Administrator users can confirm the names of any buyer companies this profile actively serves by selecting the Admin icon, then Buyer."
