3694410 - Incorrect IAS Used For SSO Configuration During Provisioning.

Symptom

  • Incorrect IAS was used to set up SSO during the provisioning process. 
  • Change the IAS configuration to the correct CIS. 

Environment

Identity Authentication Service (IAS) and Signavio Collaboration Hub

Resolution

  1. Manually create the SSO configuration in the correct IAS.
  2. Update the metadata and make necessary changes in the SSO configuration on the Process Manager side.
