3694424 - Employee Time object incorrectly sets the 'sfsf.document.visibility' field for pending workflows - SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

The integration between SuccessFactors (SF) and OpenText (OT) for the Employee Time object incorrectly sets the `sfsf.document.visibility` field for pending workflows.

Attachments linked to leave requests in SF are arriving in the OT document repository even when the leave requests are in pending status and not yet approved.

How to configure the integration between SF and OT so the attachments from leave requests will only arrive in OT document repository after the workflow approval?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

1. Employee applies for a leave request in SuccessFactors and attaches a document.
2. Workflow is pending Manager approval; however, the document is already uploaded to the OpenText workspace.
3. Only on approved workflows should a document upload to the OpenText workspace.

The Employee Time object does not use the "pending record" functionality of MDF. Pending absences are considered active and visible, deduct from Time Accounts, and are included in collision handling. This behavior results in the immediate visibility of documents in OpenText.

At the moment, this currently is the expected system behavior. 

EmployeeTime Object does not use the "pending record" functionality of MDF. This is because even pending absences shall already be visible, deduct from Time Accounts, be considered in collision handling etc. while MDF pending records are semantically not yet "active" thus would be hidden in all these scenarios.

The special handling of pending records in OpenText integration is currently only available with MDF pending data, which is why the documents are immediately visible.

Therefore, this behavior cannot be adjusted at the moment.
