Symptom

  • "The directory [directory] specified in the datastore type is invalid for SAP hosted agent" for File Format Group datastore.
  • The agent is unable to access the specified folder or the directory is not correctly configured/available on the system where the CIDS Agent is installed.
  • Directory for File Format datastore has been specified like "C:\CIDS_Share" fails, but the connection test is successful with directory like "/usr/sap/[SID]/CPI-DS/datafiles".
