3694430 - Purchase Order "Created By" Field Shows RFC/Interface User ID

Symptom

When a Purchase Order is created from a remote system (such as Ariba, SAP SRM, or a third-party application), the "Created By" field (EKKO-ERNAM) in transaction ME23N displays the User ID of the RFC or background user responsible for the interface connection, rather than an actual business user.

The business requirement is to assign a specific human user (e.g., the original requester, the RFQ creator) as the official owner of the Purchase Order.
