3694487 - Different Behavior Between BOPF Split Action and Fiori App for Freight Unit Split

• When attempting to use BOPF actions SPLIT_FU or SPLIT_TO_NEW_FU to split a Freight Unit line item:
   The split works only for partial quantities.

And/Or:

• Error messages appears when attempting to split the entire item quantity:
  • "Can't split off a quantity that is greater than or equal to item quantity.”
    Message No. /SCMTMS/OM 454
    
  • “Item split failed; split quantity exceeds available quantity.”
    Message No. /SCMTMS/TOR 133
    
• Performing the same action manually via Fiori App Edit Freight Unit - Split/Merge works correctly and creates a new Freight Unit for the full line item.
• Discrepancy observed between BOPF actions and Fiori UI split/merge functionality.
