Symptom
- When configuring a new Email Channel, the two-step verification process fails.
- Although the channel is newly created with a unique email address, the verification email is sent to the email address defined under “Outbound Email Address to Redirect” in Email MTA Configuration → Outbound Configuration, rather than the channel's own address.
