1. Attempt to create custom offboarding process steps in Process Variant Manager.
2. Observe that the system does not allow the creation of custom steps beyond the standard delivered steps.

Expected behavior.

1. Custom offboarding process steps cannot be created in Process Variant Manager.
2. The system supports only the following standard offboarding process steps:

• Review Employee Information
• Review Offboarding Information
• Offboarding Tasks
• Document Flow
