Symptom

In Configuration Activity ID 103379 "Define Currency for Ledgers and Company Codes", the error message FINS_ACDOC_CUST528 appears: "Ledger group &1 assigned to accntg. princ. &2 doesn't contain all ledgers".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SCCUI 103379 "Define Currency for Ledgers and Company Codes".
  2. Attempt to perform operations related to ledger group 0L.
  3. Observe the error message FINS_ACDOC_CUST528: "Ledger group 0L assigned to user. princ. CNAP doesn't contain all ledgers".

Cause

During the activation of new company codes, necessary configuration content was not created.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Configuration Activity ID 103556 "Assign Accounting Principles to Ledgers and Company Codes".
  2. Switch to change mode and press SAVE.
  3. The missing configuration content will be generated during the SAVE process.
  4. Record the generated content using a fitting customizing request.
  5. Open SCCUI 103379 "Define Currency for Ledgers and Company Codes" and verify if the errors are resolved.
