3694618 - Po quantity and price value fields remain editable after posting goods receipt in sap s/4hana cloud public edition

• After posting goods receipt in the SAP Public Cloud system, PO quantity and price value fields remain editable.
• The system allows increasing PO quantity and net price without displaying any error and permits saving the PO.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a PO in ME21n and enter all relevent details. Order this PO. 
2. Create a subsequent Goods Receipt/Invoice for this PO. 
3. Now go into ME22n to change the PO, here it is not possible to change the net price even though there are follow-on documents posted against this item.
4. No error is raised. 

There is no restriction in modifying the net price after such a scenario. 

Custom logic can be added from BAdI below to check the quantity and net price after the goods receipt.
