3694643 - Can we trigger email for dependency-based task grouping in offboarding 2.0

• Dependency-based task flows are required in Offboarding 2.0.
• Tasks need to be triggered based on the completion of other tasks, such as:
• Triggering a group of tasks only after the Farewell Message task is completed.
• Triggering IT tasks only after Finance tasks are completed.

Offboarding 2.0

1. Attempt to create dependency-based task flows in Offboarding 2.0.
2. Configure the system to trigger a group of tasks only after the Farewell Message task is completed.
3. Configure the system to trigger IT tasks only after Finance tasks are completed.

1. Utilize the (OFB) Custom Task Assignment Trigger to send an email notification to the task recipient to complete a custom task defined by the administrator.
2. Utilize the (OFB) Custom Task Completion Trigger to send an email notification to the task recipient indicating that their custom task is completed.
3. Note that tasks cannot be triggered manually once they are already in process.
4. Define the tasks via the offboarding program based on specific business requirements.
