3694656 - Job Alert Checkbox appears incorrect on the External Career Site

Symptom

When Customers modify the message of the text “Receive new job posting notifications” that appears under the Job Alerts tab on the External Career Site, the text appears below the checkbox.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the External Career Site.
  2. Access the Job Alerts tab
  3. The checkbox that appears that allows Candidates to subscribe to receiving Job Alerts appears above the text, when its modified to appear longer than the standard text line “Receive new job posting notifications”

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

A Code Fix has been developed for this issue, and will be deployed in the H1 2026 Release. Dates are below;

Preview: 13th April 2026
